Amber draws from her knowledge as a Physician Assistant and her lived experience as a multi-faceted caregiver for life-threatening mental health and physical health conditions for her family. She integrates neuroscience, psychology, and Biblical truth to bring awareness and understanding to the landscape of suicidality and trauma. 

As an advocate for the mental crisis caregiver and a voice for breaking down barriers in seeking mental health therapy, she is pushing forward to improve health and break the stigma surrounding mental illness. She offers a way forward for the one fighting a silent battle against suicide for a loved one.
